Katelyn is a graduate of Taylor University, where she received her B.A. in Theatre Arts. At Taylor, she had the opportunity to develop her skills through serving in multiple areas of costuming, including a semester in which she served on the production staff as the costume shop manager and, most recently, working as the costume designer for Taylor's production of The Spitfire Grill.  Katelyn also had the privilege of interning at the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre in 2023 as a costumer and wardrobe lead for their production of Something Rotten. 

 

She is a skilled stitcher, dresser, designer, and storyteller. She is passionate about the vital role that costumes play in weaving together the story of a show and strives to create beautiful, detailed work that invites the audience in.
